1 jar of diced red pimientos
8 oz bag of finely shredded cheese
1 T. mayonnaise or miracle whip
This sandwich was served at the Crandall Drug store by Grandpa Stan. Grandpa Clarence would occasionally pack some for a day trip up Mt. Graham. For variations, he would occasionally add:
4 oz can of green chili OR
Spoonful of pickle relish
